UX/UI improvements to the Uber Carshare borrower experience.

Based on qualitative feedback that had been gathered during my time at Uber Carshare, I was working on implementing a number of UX and UI improvements to the borrower search experience.

Uber made the decision to cease operations of Uber Carshare, unfortunately these improvements were not released to the public prior to Uber Carshare closure.

UX/UI improvements include:

• Updated layout keeps the map visible while scrolling

• Mandatory trip dates/times for clearer pricing transparency

• Additional filter options to help users find the right car

• Car listings now feature multiple images

• Car ratings simplified and shown as a percentage

• Price breakdown available directly in search

• Centralised Favourites section for easy access

• Refreshed UI aligned more closely with Uber’s branding
